The month of February is a time to celebrate Black History Month. Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing the central role of blacks in U.S. history. The Social Studies Department has created posters featuring different prominent figures to recognize. Look for posters and QR codes around the building for their biographies. Simply open your camera on your smart phone, scan your QR code and the biography will come to life.

Hey Rams! On Friday, February 28th, we will be hosting the 8th annual Rams Games throughout the school at 5 PM. Teams will compete against one another in mental and physical tasks.Sign up sheets are located throughout the school by scanning the QR code or entering the tiny URL and signing up.Hope to see you there!

Girls Soccer tryouts start March 2nd - March 4th. Please bring running/tennis shoes, cleats (if you have a pair) and shin guards. Bus leaves at 3:00 PM. Attention to all boys interested in joining the Tennis Team. There will be a mandatory meeting: Tuesday, February 25th after school in room 2020. No experience required. Come out and learn a sport that you can play for the rest of your life.
The wrestling team competed in the IHSA Individual state tournament this past weekend. Joey Jens finishes as the state runner up at 170 lbs. and State Champion Adrien Cramer brought home the schools 2nd Individual State Wrestling title at 182 lbs. This was also the first time in school history that the wrestling team had two individuals reach the sstate finals in the same year! Way to go gentlement!
