Student drop off and pick up information

Greetings Central Rams,

We hope this communication finds you all well. We want to thank you for all of your hard work, dedication and perseverance throughout this pandemic. We are so proud of our Rams! 

With the closure of school, we realize many students were unable to retrieve their personal belongings from lockers, Art rooms, CTE labs, etc.  In an effort to get personal items to students, as well as receive District items that have been handed out for student use during the year,  we will be doing a curbside drop off and delivery for all students on the dates listed below.

Please use this Google form to inform staff of the items you will need to drop off and/or pick up.   This form needs to be submitted by Sunday, May 17th to ensure we have your personal items ready for pick up.

Students/Families will bring the following items to return to District 127:
All textbooks and/or Library books
Any calculators you may have borrowed from the Math department or Bookstore
*Athletes* all athletic items given to you (uniforms and equipment)
*Band Students* any instruments that you have rented from the District
*Choir Students* any uniform that you have been given for use this year

Students/Families will pick up from District 127:
Hall locker, Life Fitness locker and/or Athletic locker personal belongings
CTE projects (Woods/Metals/etc.)
Fine Arts projects (paintings/pottery/etc.)
*Band Students* any instruments or music 
**Seniors Only** caps, gowns and honor cords (if eligible) for Graduation
Yearbooks, only if you have already purchased one

Tuesday, May 26:                Last names beginning with A - E
                                             8:00 am - 12:00 pm
                                             3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Wednesday, May 27:          Last names beginning with F - L
                                             8:00 am - 12:00 pm
                                             3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Thursday, May 28:              Last names beginning with M - R
                                             8:00 am - 12:00 pm
                                             3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Friday, May 29:                   Last names beginning with S - Z
                                             8:00 am - 12:00 pm
                                             3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
                                             Students unable to participate on their assigned day may drop off/pick up materials on this date
