Leader of the Month

October Leaders of the Month

Abby Lake
Abby is passionate about leading her peers in Tri-M. She has a vision for how music could and should be represented in our school and community. Her dedication and energy are incredibly valuable characteristics that she brings to this club as a leader.

Hailey Droessler
Since this school year began, Hailey has been very actively helping both sponsors of FBLA. She has created different forms and QR codes to help us streamline some processes for membership and attendance, created homecoming decorations for lockers, and has been leading the chapter to achieve some different recognitions from the national FBLA level. Hailey has really helped us out this school year and continues to come up with great ideas that she eagerly makes into reality!

Daniel Laubhan
Daniel is a true leader this year with Student Council. He created a brilliant spread sheet for the Powder Puff Football Teams, which was populated by an easy-to-scan QR code. It made keeping track of team information so much easier. He kept track of the team rosters for the Powder Puff football game announcer, and was also was a DJ for the event. We couldn't have done it all without his hard work and dedication!

Vlad Miziuk
Vlad has been a member of the Chess Club for two years. Vlad demonstrates leadership during meetings by sharing strategies and ideas with his teammates. He is always motivated to challenge himself and others when they compete. He takes the initiative to further his chess skills and wants to help others develop, as well.

Yuri Park
Yuri has really increased Student Council's social media presence this year. She took the initiative to do this and has done a great job!

Tiffany Le and Lian Ferrer
Despite the challenges posed by COVID and remote learning, Tiffany and Lian worked hard to provide interesting, engaging meeting topics and came up with the idea to create a SHF "mix tape" as an end of the year project. This year, our leaders are off to a busy start by helping plan meetings and participating in the upcoming induction ceremony.

Annick Bottomley
Annick is now in their 2nd year as editor for Inkblots, and their passion for the club is as strong as ever. It's because of Annick that other students feel so comfortable in our meetings. They share their ideas and encourage others to share as well.

Alex Ries, Abby Mackey, and Carys McFaul
As science Olympiad Captains, these three have worked diligently (even while the sponsor was absent) to ensure the team is set up for success while also being incredibly supportive of their teammates.
