GCHS Cafeteria

  • Original cafe and food preparation area from 1946.

  • Undersized area requiring students to eat in hallways. 

  • Outdated equipment, is undersized, and does not support ADA movement. 

  • Long wait times

GCHS Wrestling Room

  • Repurposed stage area connected to a gym built in 1974

  • Space is small and can result in injuries, with no space for treatment.

GCHS Culinary Classrooms

  • Functional but dated equipment

  • Low water pressure

  • Not ADA compliant and therefore are not able to serve students of all abilities.

  • Modern culinary instruction occurs in a commercial-style kitchen where students learn career skills and earn certifications.
